Battle ropes are just what they sound like. They're actual ropes that may be used for various activities to get a full-body workout. Once you've got your combat rope, you'll need to find an anchor to wrap the rope's mid-point around. This might be a lamppost outside or one of the squat rack's posts. Make careful that whatever you use as an anchor doesn't fall over! For your combat rope, there are also anchor strap kits available. These are not required to complete the activity, but depending on the anchor you choose, they may be beneficial for attaching the rope to larger immobile items.
